Wednesday Wa Pic - Blondes have more phun

I am not sure if they are trying to suggest blondes can't spell, or that she's one vowel short of angelhood. 

Their Web site offers no clarification, but does offer a pair of sequined short-shorts which seem to confirm it's not just a missing vowel which stands in the way.
